Fantastic opportunity to join the in-house Tax Team of a major global group gaining broad EMEA exposure, genuine ownership and managing indirect tax compliance and risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage indirect tax risks by ensuring accurate returns, timely filings, and effective handling of enquiries and audits from local tax authorities.
- Prepare and review indirect tax returns for multiple jurisdictions across the EMEA region.
- Prepare detailed VAT packs that support tax returns
- Manage the process for raising VAT payments and submitting VAT reclaims.
- Liaise with local markets and finance functions to explain, validate and agree indirect tax returns.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, control and accuracy.
