What You’ll Do

- Lead the way– Promote our Sixth Form to businesses and champion our students' potential.
- Shape the future– Manage T‑Level placements and ensure they deliver real value.
- Track success– Use innovative tools like Unifrog to monitor engagement and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- A natural relationship‑builder with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident using IT and social media to engage and promote.
- Someone who can motivate and inspire young people.
- Someone who can convert employer interest into employer involvement.
- Educated to Level 3 and holds a full driving licence.
Bonus points if you have:
- Knowledge of post‑16 qualifications (including T‑Levels).
- Experience working with employers or in vocational education.
- Experience within sales and marketing.
