The predicted salary is between 15600 - 21000 Β£ per year.

Reporting directly to the Head of Retail, you will be working closely with the Retail Buyers to help with the smooth running of the Retail team.

Key Duties Will Include:

  • Maintaining EPOS database and product information for each line.
  • Setting up new products and creating purchase orders in EPOS system.
  • Identifying retail price changes, actioning stock transfers, investigating non scans, processing damages.
  • Supporting shops and warehouse, resolving any product queries.
  • Adhering to and maintaining effective management of stock administration and rigorously investigating and escalating all discrepancies.
  • Ensuring all reports are reviewed on a weekly or monthly basis (as prescribed), investigating any anomalies and escalating concerns to the buyer (e.g. Nil-sales reports).
  • Running tolerance checks on item cost and selling price data to ensure financial accuracy of the merchandise management system.
  • Liaising with suppliers and guests regarding product requests and orders.
  • Forecasting demand and optimising stock levels.

About You:

  • Educated NVQ level 3 or equivalent including Maths and English GCSE C.
  • Sound experience in a busy office environment, preferably in the retail sector with emphasis on customer care.
  • Understanding of EPOS and basic merchandising principles.
  • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and working relationships.
  • Good organisational skills.

Salary: Β£25,000 per annum, pro-rata, in addition to a range of attractive benefits including:
