Overview
We are looking for a proactive Resourcing Coordinator to join our HR team and provide dedicated recruitment support for the business. You’ll be the go-to person for recruitment updates, keeping our ATS up to date, writing and posting engaging job adverts, and coordinating our high-volume seasonal recruitment. You’ll also work closely with the HR Assistant to provide general HR support.

Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment for our job opportunities, from attraction to ensuring a smooth transition to the offer and onboarding stage.
- Create inspiring and captivating job adverts to be displayed on our careers page and associated job boards and other channels, including social media.
- Coordinate candidate applications through our ATS.
- Coordinate our large-scale seasonal recruitment campaigns and events.
- Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed, such as Right to Work or DBS checks.
- Coordinating and attending external recruitment fairs.
About you
- You’ll have previous HR experience, with ATS experience useful.
- You’ll be happy to work in a fast-paced environment and provide generalist HR Administrative support.
- Provide friendly and people-focused support both internally and externally.

Your contract
You will be on a permanent contract working Monday – Friday, with core hours of 9.00am – 5.30pm. You will have flexibility to work occasional evenings to deliver seasonal recruitment events or external careers fairs.
