The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

As well as general office duties, you’ll maintain high volume email inboxes, coordinate incoming paperwork and enquiries, whilst also ensuring that all payroll instructions are inputted accurately and timely for the monthly payroll run.

Reporting to the Interim Head of HR, you will sit within a HR team of 7 and will support the wider business providing a friendly and people focused service internally and externally.

Key Duties Will Include

  • Carry out general administrative tasks for the HR Department maintaining high volume email inboxes and co-ordinating incoming paperwork on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that all new starters are input and logged to our system in time for the monthly payroll run.
  • Responsible for entries on to the HR database and keeping this continually up to date.
  • Responsible for processing of employee change forms, and production of letters and contracts.
  • To monitor and record employee inductions, performance and probationary reviews and send out timely reminders where required.
  • Support all the administrative tasks in relation to company rewards and benefits.
  • Support the administration of learning and development activities which includes booking rooms, courses, producing training packs and updating training trackers and supporting managers with any training requests.
  • Support the team with reporting through departmental tracking systems.
  • Support the HR team with preparation events such as our wellbeing fairs and recruitment events.
  • To provide a people focused service at all times, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of the brand.

About You

  • You will have proven HR experience in a fast-paced environment, with a good understanding of UK employment law and how this impacts recruitment/ Equality and diversity in recruitment practices.
  • Excellent IT skills: competency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Email, Excel.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English.
  • Organised, with ability to prioritise a busy workload and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • A positive self-motivated and passionate individual with high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work flexibly to accommodate occasional out of hours working.

Your contract

You will be on a permanent full-time contract, working on-site Monday to Friday.
