Under the guidance of our Assistant Food and Beverage Managers, your responsibilities extend beyond routine tasks. You\'ll be the go‑to person for customer enquiries, offering insightful product advice, and efficiently managing transactions at the tills. Your commitment to excellence will shine as you maintain the pristine cleanliness and presentation of all food and beverage service areas, going above and beyond to clear and clean tables as needed. Elevate the guest experience with every interaction, making each visit memorable and enjoyable.

Key duties will include:

  • Provide the highest standard of guest service at all times
  • Be knowledgeable about all products sold, advising customers and answering queries
  • Operate tills in line with cash handling procedure
  • Clear and clean tables
  • Ensure all front of house areas are clean and tidy in line with Company hygiene standards
  • Drive sales by replenishment of display/fridges and upselling
  • Record and keep end of day service wastage to a minimum
  • Ensure service work areas are kept in a clean and hygienic condition in line with internal periodic audits
  • Ensure service equipment and utensils are handled, maintained and used correctly

About you

  • Demonstrable customer service experience is desirable, although not essential.
  • An abundance of enthusiasm and energy, and a passion for delivering a great customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident, mature and friendly nature
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Be honest, reliable and committed, and enjoy responsibility and exceeding expectations
  • Flexible to work extra hours / weekends as required

Your contract

You will be on a fixed term contract until 4th Jan 2026 with working hours to vary over a 7 day rota basis, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required. The earliest start time is 8am, and the latest finish time is 8pm, varying in accordance with opening times.
