A vital role in our accommodation team at Longleat, ensuring front line delivery of our guest experience is at a premium standard. Responsible for ensuring standards are upheld within our luxury properties and that the Guest Experience is of a premium standard, being positive, informed, safe and memorable.
Our Accommodation Supervisor will take responsibility for day-to-day guest liaison and all queries and ensuring the wider business is informed. The role will also include the day-to-day management and supervision of accommodation team which also includes management of any external contractors.
Your contract
You will be employed on a salaried contract, working 40 hours per week over 5 days, including bank holidays and weekends.
