Seasonal Team Member – Winter Season (Nov-Dec 2025)

Roles Available
- Food and Beverage Team Member
You’ll enjoy a busy guest‑facing role delivering outstanding service across our food outlets, from serving in our flagship Chameleon Tree restaurant to selling snacks at the African Village overlooking the Giraffes and Zebras.
- Retail Team Member
Working across our varied retail shops, you’ll engage guests, welcome them to the store, help them pick their souvenirs and serve them at the till.
- Guest Experience
You will ensure an efficient, cheerful and courteous service, welcoming guests at the arrivals booths, answering and resolving all enquiries, meeting VIP and accommodation guests at the hub, and responding to questions via e‑mail, social media or telephone in our contact centre. Experience in a customer service environment is required.
- Park Services Team Member
You will play a crucial role in keeping the park clean and presentable, primarily focusing on the cleansing of guest toilet blocks around our site. Alternatively you may be posted around access points or car parking points to direct traffic.
- Attractions Team Member
Working on one or more of our beloved Longleat attractions, including the Adventure Castle, Rocking Rhino and the Hedge Maze, you will help create fun and excitement for families visiting Longleat.
- Kitchen Production Team Member
You’ll be at the heart of our diverse kitchen outlets, providing guests with delicious food that caters to every taste. A great opportunity to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchen environment with full training provided.
Requirements
- A passion for delivering a great guest experience and willing to go out of your way to do so
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and friendly nature
- Be honest, reliable and committed, and enjoy responsibility and exceeding expectations
- You must be aged 16 or above as of 31 August this year

- 18–20 years: £11.00

Contract Details
Contracts are available on a fixed‑term basis up until 4 January 2026. Various working hours on a 7‑day rota, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required. Full and part‑time hours are available. The earliest start time could be 8 am and the latest finish up to 8 pm, varying in accordance with departmental rotas. Positions are available to start from late October; earlier starts may also be available.
