About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Solutions Manager to join our team specializing in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This role is pivotal in designing and delivering tailored technical solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards. In this role, you will work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success from inquiry to implementation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer inquiries and requirements to design technical solutions for energy storage systems, including BESS, PCS, and EMS components.
- Evaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations.
- Develop and submit comprehensive bidding documents and proposals that meet regulatory, technical, and customer-specific standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and R&D, to align solutions with project goals.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales, proposal, and implementation phases.
- Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for solution optimization.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
