Channel Sales Specialist – UK (all genders)

TASKS

  • Support to implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives within the C&I, and residential segments.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer relationships in the assigned area or market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales manager, product solution, marketing, and planning & fulfillment team, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company\’s products and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all business development activities.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor\’s degree or higher education studies
  • Possess a valid local driving license and willingness to travel frequently to secure new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English. Mandarin would be an advantage.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Relevant internship or vocational training in business development or sales within the solar industry in UK would be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Open-minded and adaptable to a fast-paced and constantly evolving industry environment.
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
