  • Daily checks: walking around the building to check fire doors and other internal checks; health and safety is paramount, so this is taken into account before checking emails.

  • Administration and operations: log in to the work system; deal with contractors and ensure they have access ahead of visits, which can be outside office hours; manage the scheme's expenses with a flush fund from brunch club; check kitchen fridge and purchase communal milk and food items; handle income from donation-based social events and allocate funds for community needs.
  • Resident support and communication: visit residents who have made enquiries; be a proactive point of contact and balance the schedule to prioritise residents' needs.
  • Office duties and escalation: return to the office to process emails and coordinate with the team.
