Role Overview
As a crucial member of the Marketing team, you will be instrumental in creating and translating designs into user-facing assets that will acquire and engage a customer over the course of their journey with MORROW to grow lifetime value (LTV). You will be heavily involved in the management and maintenance of our digital assets and support the execution of growth marketing and lifecycle marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and drive retention respectively. This role requires close collaboration with other functions in the marketing team such as Brand, Content and Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Web, Growth & SEO Execution
- Own the creation and maintenance of landing pages and website content using Framer.
- Build reusable CMS-driven templates to support SEO and programmatic page creation (e.g. service, condition, audience, or campaign pages).
- Support growth initiatives by rapidly shipping and iterating campaign landing pages for paid media and other acquisition channels.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Lead to optimise pages for conversion, structure, performance, and experimentation.
- Lifecycle Marketing Support
- Partner closely with our CRM Campaigns Ops Manager to support lifecycle campaigns across owned channels like Email, WhatsApp, In-App Messages/Content Cards.
- Create and maintain digital assets (eDMs, landing pages, content sections) for lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Implement dynamic content and personalisation across digital touchpoints where relevant.
- Design-to-Execution
- Translate designs and concepts into high-quality, scalable digital experiences within Framer and Braze.
- Ensure all assets follow mobile-first and responsive design best practices.
- Maintain consistency across brand, layout, and user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements
Must-Have
- At least 5 years of experience in building and maintaining marketing websites/landing pages, shipping campaigns fast.
- Experience in CSS/(X)HTML: HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, CSS media queries to translate designs into code.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining websites and landing pages using Framer or similar modern CMS tools (e.g. Webflow), with the expectation to assist with content management of the website quickly.
- Experience supporting lifecycle marketing campaigns through designing and creating email newsletters, dynamic landing pages or in-app content cards using Braze or similar Customer Engagement Platforms.
- Strong understanding of responsive, mobile-first web design.
- Ability to work closely with Growth and CRM teams to ship digital assets quickly and iterate based on feedback.
- Good understanding of SEO fundamentals for web pages (page structure, metadata, internal linking).
Nice-to-Have
- Basic JavaScript knowledge for embeds, integrations, and tracking.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. GA4, GTM, pixels).
