CRM Manager - Premium Fashion, Luxury - Online/Digital Platform
Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on CRM Marketing Manager to own the execution and optimisation of our lifecycle marketing strategy through Klaviyo. This role is central to enhancing customer retention, personalisation, and LTV. You’ll manage campaigns, flows, and segmentation with precision and creativity and have the opportunity to grow into a leadership position as the business and team expands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Management & Execution
· Manage day-to-day CRM operations in Klaviyo
· Build and optimise lifecycle flows (welcome, abandon, post-purchase, winback)
· Deploy automated and triggered campaigns
· Create and manage customer segments using dynamic content and tags
· Run A/B tests to refine performance
· Coordinate with tech to manage integrations and troubleshoot
2. Campaign Execution
· Own weekly/monthly CRM campaign calendar
· Write or brief copy, assemble assets, and oversee design coordination
· QA and deploy campaigns on time and to spec
3. Data, Reporting & Optimisation
· Track key KPIs (open rates, CTR, revenue per recipient, unsub rates, etc.)
· Maintain dashboards and performance reports
· Recommend improvements based on data insights
· Use learnings to inform content and segmentation strategy
4. Strategic & Cross-Functional Support
· Support the Head of Marketing with broader CRM and retention goals
· Contribute to cross-channel campaigns (e.g. brand launches, seasonal promos)
· Help shape lifecycle planning and segment strategy
· Collaborate on upcoming initiatives in loyalty, referral, and SMS
About You
· Minimum of 2 years professional hands-on CRM/email marketing experience in eCommerce, fashion, or lifestyle
· Deep Klaviyo experience (flows, integrations, liquid tags, segmentation)
· Strong campaign planning and execution skills (can write, brief, or manage creative)
· Analytical mindset—comfortable using data to inform strategy
· Detail-oriented with high QA standards and strong testing habits
· Self-motivated and happy to work independently in a fast-moving environment
· Collaborative and open to feedback; a team player with a proactive mindset
· Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS and an interest in customer behaviour and retention
