We are looking for a passionate and innovative SEN Teacher with a Science Specialism to join our dedicated team and help shape an engaging, inclusive and inspiring learning experience for pupils with additional needs. This role offers the opportunity to lead, innovate and make a genuine difference every day.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and differentiated Science lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
- Raise standards of teaching, learning and achievement across the Science curriculum.
- Support pupils with SEN to build confidence, resilience and independence.
- Lead the development and innovation of Science provision across the school.
- Create stimulating and purposeful learning environments.
- Monitor progress and implement strategies to support positive outcomes.
- Teach across the wider curriculum where required, including off‑site learning opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals to provide holistic support.
- A qualified teacher with UK QTS or equivalent.
- Passionate about Science and inclusive education.
- Experience or interest in supporting pupils with SEN and additional needs.
- Creative, adaptable and engaging in teaching approach.
- Committed to raising aspirations and improving outcomes for young people.
- Positive team player with excellent communication skills.
- Motivated to contribute to whole‑school development and innovation.
- In possession of a full UK driving licence.
