Longdean School is looking for a Teaching Assistant for their Special Resource Provision to work to raise the learning and attainment of pupils, promote pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion, and give support to students with Speech, Language, Communication needs and/or Autism.

You will work with pupils individually or in small groups so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement. You will work as part of a small team in the SRP and support pupils to access mainstream learning.
