Job Purpose
To lead and manage the store to operational success by inspiring and developing a high‑performing team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a world‑class customer experience aligned with Longchamp’s brand identity and luxury service standards within a high traffic location.
Key Responsibilities
The main responsibility of this position is to be accountable for all Stock Management within the store.
- Stock
- Organizing and monitoring inventories, ensuring efficient levels maintained
- To ensure stock merchandise is kept in pristine condition.
- To conduct weekly Stock counts
- Checking stocks at opening and closing
- To ensure all merchandise is correctly ticketed and security tagged
- To ensure all stock areas are maintained to a high level
- Protect stock from loss or damage
- To assist in conducting regular stock takes as and when requested by Head Office.
- Staff
- To manage and help develop the Stock Room Assistant and ensure tasks completed and feedback given
- To cover your colleagues and management holidays as and when requested to do so by your Manager.
- To be the first point of contact in the stockroom for the retail team.
- To support the team and train on stockroom functions as and when required.
- To provide regular feedback to the management team.
- Promotions
- To ensure all stock promotions are correctly priced & ticketed.

- To assist the Store Manager in all other duties in all aspects of the smooth running of the Store
- To provide a basic Report to outline actions and strategy of inventory management
- To execute all other retail activities requested by the Head Office team
- Know and follow all company policies and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail, including at least 5 years in store leadership
- Experience managing large teams in high traffic environment
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to exceed sales and service goals
- Strong commercial and operational acumen
- Proficiency in CRM systems, POS, and retail management tools
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
