  • Sales management
  • Passing on the targets set by management to the team and ensuring that they focus on the indicators set (turnover, customer loyalty, UPT, AUR, ATV, sell-through, service...)
  • Helping to implement any corrective measures required to increase sales (merchandising, stock, CRM, team motivation...)
  • Assisting in setting up the clienteling strategy to build a high-quality customer portfolio and identify high-potential customers
  • Personnel management/staff development
    • All personnel management tasks (planning, dealing with conduct issues and decline in performance...)
    • Helping to assess the performance of a new member of staff
    • Playing a proactive role in developing employees' skills and identifying and cultivating talents
    • Coaching and training teams
  • Administrative management
    • Opening and closing the concession, monitoring cash flow, managing deliveries
    • Organising and conducting annual and rolling stock-takes
    • Helping to monitor and coordinate general services (maintenance, cleaning, repairs in the store, ordering of supplies...)
