The Senior Sales Associate acts as a product expert and clienteling ambassador, helping to drive performance and uphold Longchamp’s luxury values. Client Service & Sales Leadership Deliver world-class service to each client, providing tailored styling advice and storytelling around Longchamp’s heritage and product craftsmanship Actively drive personal sales and assist others in achieving team goals Support CRM initiatives by cultivating long-term relationships and managing follow-ups Serve as a coach and mentor for junior Sales Associates during floor operations Provide peer-to-peer training on product knowledge and selling techniques Help reinforce service protocols and team standards, particularly during peak periods Product & Brand Expertise Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of collections, materials, and product care Share feedback on product performance and customer preferences with leadership Support store operations including stock handling, delivery processing, and replenishment Maintain floor presentation and cleanliness throughout the shift Ready-to-Wear Ambassador Requirements: Proven success in developing a portfolio of VIC clients, building trusted relationships that drive loyalty, repeat business and long-term client value.
