We are now looking to recruit a Concession Manager for our initial six months Pop-Up within Selfridges.
Responsibilities:
- Sales management
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience in the store by enforcing the company's procedures
- Passing on the targets set by management to the team and ensuring that they focus on the indicators set (turnover, customer loyalty, UPT, AUR, ATV, sell-through, service...)
- Helping to implement any corrective measures required to increase sales (merchandising, stock, CRM, team motivation…)
- Assisting in setting up the clienteling strategy to build a high-quality customer portfolio and identify high-potential customers
- Using the retail space to best advantage in accordance with merchandising concepts and guidelines
- Organising and structuring work in the store
- Leading team meetings and ensuring that internal and external messages are clearly understood
- Personnel management/staff development
- All personnel management tasks (planning, dealing with conduct issues and decline in performance...)
- Helping to assess the performance of a new member of staff
- Playing a proactive role in developing employees' skills and identifying and cultivating talents
- Motivating the team to ensure a continued improvement in sales results
- Coaching and training teams
- Setting targets for the team and informing members of results
- Taking part in annual/quarterly evaluations
- Administrative management
- All administrative tasks (after-sales service, reporting, restocking...)
- Opening and closing the concession, monitoring cash flow, managing deliveries
- Ensuring a healthy amount of stock based on the level of business in the store
- Organising restocks if necessary based on sales
- Guaranteeing impeccable after-sales service
- Organising and conducting annual and rolling stock-takes
- Helping to monitor and coordinate general services (maintenance, cleaning, repairs in the store, ordering of supplies...)
