Job Purpose

To serve as a role model on the sales floor by delivering exceptional client service, meeting and exceeding personal sales goals, and supporting junior staff with day-to-day selling and service standards. The Senior Sales Associate acts as a product expert and clienteling ambassador, helping to drive performance and uphold Longchamp’s luxury values.

  • Proven success in developing a portfolio of VIC clients, building trusted relationships that drive loyalty, repeat business and long-term client value.
  • Commercially driven and results-oriented, with a talent for converting styling opportunities into complete wardrobe solutions while achieving ambitious sales and clienteling KPIs.

  • 2–3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, preferably in a leadership or mentorship role
