Job Purpose

To assist the management team by overseeing boutique floor activity, leading by example, coaching Sales Assistants, and helping to achieve commercial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Support & Leadership
    • Lead the team on the floor, ensuring exceptional service delivery
    • Mentor and coach Sales Assistants in real-time to elevate client interactions
    • Support onboarding of new team members and provide daily feedback
    • Help maintain team morale and drive performance during shifts
  • Customer Experience
    • Support complex client needs and resolve concerns with professionalism
    • Uphold Longchamp’s luxury standards in every customer interaction
    • Promote CRM registration, follow-up, and repeat client engagement
