Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and retain top talent aligned with Longchamp values

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail, including at least 5 years in store leadership

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, POS, and retail management tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
