Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, onboard, train, and retain top talent aligned with Longchamp values

- 5+ years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail, including at least 5 years in store leadership

- Proficiency in CRM systems, POS, and retail management tools
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
