- Has experience or is keen to learn about supporting pupils with complex needs
- Can build strong, trusting relationships and encourage confidence, independence, and social development
- Is adaptable and happy to work with pupils across all ages (reception to year 11)
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
