What do we need?
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Head Office team in Bakewell. We are looking for an Systems Administratorto work closely with one of our company Directors. This role requires someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and systemsindependently while collaborating effectively within a team.
About the job:
Working closely with one of our Company Directors you will be responsible for:
- Systems Management: Assisting with our till systems, organisational tools, and invoicing—ensuring updates and troubleshooting as needed. Experience with systems such as Zonal would be advantageous.
- Compliance Oversight: Keeping compliance records up to date using our maintenance system and coordinating with external companies for scheduled maintenance.
- Maintenance Support: Working with our venue maintenance team to plan required work and source materials.
- Team Support: Helping the Director ensure all administrative and operational tasks are completed on time.
- Multi-tasking & Prioritisation: Managing multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Ordering & Budget Management: Assisting with procurement for venues and Head Office, ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be confident using computers, experience with Mac & iOS systems would be advantageous. Must also be proficient in Microsoft Office.
This is an office based role so living locally or within a commutable distance is essential.
This role is Monday to Friday, but some flexibility is required for new venue openings and essential maintenance work.
