Longborough Festival Opera (LFO) is seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Individual Giving & Membership Manager to lead and grow our individual supporter and membership programmes at an exciting moment for the organisation.
Based in the heart of the Cotswolds, LFO is an internationally acclaimed summer opera festival, renowned for artistic excellence and a deeply loyal audience and supporter base. This is a key role within our Development Team, with responsibility for shaping supporter journeys, increasing higher level giving and ensuring outstanding stewardship.
Responsibilities
- Leading the strategy and delivery of membership and individual giving programmes
- Growing upper-level membership schemes, including the Wagner Club & American Friends
- Building and stewarding relationships with individual donors and key supporters
- Delivering appeals linked to productions, education and participation work
- Planning and delivering donor and member events
- Using Spektrix and audience insight to identify prospects and drive growth
Qualifications
- Has proven experience of individual giving, membership or donor fundraising
- Is confident building long-term relationships with supporters
- Is organised, collaborative and strategically minded
- Has excellent communication and stewardship skills
- Has experience of the arts or cultural sector (desirable)
- Has a strong interest in the performing arts
