Longbeach Leisure Park is a family-owned, award-winning, owners-only static caravan and lodge holiday home park, located in the charming seaside town of Hornsea on the East Yorkshire coast. We strive to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and to ensure that our Holiday Home Owners receive the highest quality of customer service.
Substantial development work is currently ongoing with the building of a new Sports bar, café, farm shop and new reception/office area well under way, and due for completion very soon.
Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our Holiday Home Owners and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and requires a proactive individual with a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring excellent phone etiquette
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and postal mail
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records
- Provide clerical support to other departments as needed
