Security Officer

Longacres Garden Centre is a family‑run business that has grown from a handful of employees in 1979 to over 700 staff in 2024. We operate six stores in the South East of England and offer a supportive, inclusive culture with opportunities for personal development.

We are currently recruiting a Security Officer to join our Bagshot team. The candidate will need excellent communication skills, a can‑do attitude, and flexibility to work within a team.

Responsibilities

• Visible presence on entry & exit to deter theft.
• CCTV monitoring and site patrols.
• Health & Safety walk rounds and checks.

Qualifications and Experience required

• Smart and presentable with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible outlook to work, be willing to cover shifts on short notice and be available to work weekdays, weekends and evenings.
• Free onsite parking.
