Responsibilities
- Manage and handle customer orders
- Load and unload delivery vans
- Help with general enquiries from customers when delivering goods
- Ensure the delivery vehicles are kept clean and tidy
- Maintenance of the vehicles
- Support the supervisor and team members with the operational requirements of the department
- Ensure that the highest standard of customer service is maintained
Qualifications
- Multi‑drop delivery experience
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role
- You are willing to develop and learn
- You are 21+ years old
- Must be able to perform manual handling tasks
- A clean full drivers licence
