Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives at the heart of a fast-paced organization? We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to join our Calgary Head Office and play a pivotal role in supporting our executive leadership team. What You'll Do:
- Provide high‑level executive support, managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, and priorities.
- Anticipate leadership needs and ensure executives are prepared, informed, and always supported.
- Drive follow‑up and accountability from key meetings, tracking decisions and action items.
- Coordinate operational reviews, fiscal planning activities, and cross‑branch collaboration.
- Plan major corporate events such as offsites, town halls, and strategic leadership sessions.
- Create polished executive materials, presentations, and briefings using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Leverage Gen AI and productivity tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
