Are you passionate about leading people and going above and beyond to deliver an exceptional experience for clients? We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Team Lead for our Integrated Global Services’ Infrastructure team located in our Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver or Toronto branch.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Ensure the Teams deliver professional, customer-focused and high performing support.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, SQL, Terraform, Ansible and other programming languages or tools that may be used by Long View.
- Maintain, improve, and regularly report on infrastructure support methods, standards, KPIs & SLAs across all supported hardware and software.
- Manage and maintain team’s ticket queue for prioritization, assignment of work, SLA, quality & frequency of updates, and timely resolution.
- Gather details from internal and client subject matter experts to enhance automation efforts.
- Identify and act on opportunities for client experience improvement.
- Participate and lead internal projects for continual service improvements.
- Act as situation manager for service down events, provide real-time reporting and follow-up root cause analysis.
- Continuously review the services for issues or efficiencies, proactively working with the business and clients to inform them and make recommendations for service improvement.
- Assist with the development and implementation of business continuity and service recovery plans and activities.
- Lead the development of standard support procedures and documentation to ensure the supportability and availability of the infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the users, process owners, outside partners, vendors and key business stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to ensure that all objectives and commitments are fulfilled in line with expectations, agreements, and standards.
- Assist with activities to manage and implement new clients’ IT services to final operational stage.
- Assist Practice in development, customize, IT services migration project plan for required service towers with the practices for new and existing offerings.
- Consistently evaluate all services for opportunities to drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and timeliness.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in an IT Team Lead role or similar.
- 5+ years of knowledge of software development, the software development lifecycle, and its associated technologies.
- Knowledgeable in various IT operational technologies such as Operating Systems, Network, Databases, etc. and how they interact together.
- Strong understanding of various public cloud offerings and services such as Azure, AWS, GCP, M365.
- Familiar with Azure DevOps.
- Proven experience in managing people and clients in fast paced service delivery environment with competing priorities.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with the users, process owners, outside partners, vendors and key business stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of one or more of the following: JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, SQL, and Agile project delivery methodology.
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles and concepts and experience working with and managing code repositories.

Expected salary range $80,455 to $105,598 plus 10% variable incentive.
