We’re searching for an experienced and forward‑thinking Azure Server Consultant to join our Calgary team. In this role, you’ll support and deliver cutting‑edge Microsoft Azure solutions that align with our client's goals and industry best practices. Your expertise across the Microsoft technology stack will be key as you lead deployments, guide clients through transformative cloud journeys, and help shape future‑ready infrastructures. A Day in the Life
- Manage the day‑to‑day administration, support, maintenance, and monitoring of Microsoft technologies including Azure, M365/O365, SharePoint, and related cloud services.
- Implement, upgrade, and optimize various Microsoft technologies with a focus on Azure cloud, M365, and Windows Server platforms.
- Provide onsite and remote guidance to clients, supporting their entire Microsoft technology stack.
- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including hardware, systems software, applications, and configurations.
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations across cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues, including escalation situations.
- Implement system and network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Configure and test computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
- Recommend and assist with integrating new technologies, tools, and processes.
- Analyze equipment performance records to determine when repair or replacement is required.
- Recommend improvements to systems and network configurations and determine hardware or software requirements for proposed changes.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements to predict, interpret, and evaluate system and network needs.
- Assist with incident, problem, and change management processes and documentation.
- Contribute to operational management and support of client environments—ensuring uptime, performance, and efficiencies.
- Occasionally assist with onsite Deskside Support (for vacation, sick coverage, or training backfill).
- Other duties as required.
What You Bring
- 7+ years implementing and supporting Microsoft technologies including Azure, Windows Server, virtualization, storage, and backup solutions.
- Strong Azure cloud skill set with working knowledge of M365/O365 services.
- Deep experience across Windows Server technologies, including: Hyper‑V / SCVMM, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, DFS, GPO, Failover Clustering, SCCM, Tanium, and Intune for device management and patching.
- Solid understanding of PKI / Certificate Infrastructure in enterprise environments.
- Experience with Azure, AD, Hyper‑V, O365, SCCM, SQL, Virtualization, VMware, Microsoft OS imaging, deployment & management using MDT, SCCM, or similar.
- Scripting & automation capabilities for systems management and software deployment.
- Strong documentation skills for implementations, troubleshooting, and workarounds.
- Ability to adapt to multiple client environments with a strong client‑first mindset.
- A generalist profile with deep experience across all areas and a career path leaning toward Azure specialization is highly preferred.

$80,455 - $105,598 a year Expected Salary Range plus Variable Incentives.
