The Role: Do you love working with children and supporting their learning journey? I am working with a local secondary school, enthusiastic to welcome experienced support staff. This opportunity is perfect for those with previous experience leading interventions or small groups and are looking to take a progressive step in their career. Successful candidates will lead pre-planned lessons in a Teacher's absence, so being flexible and creative with lesson materials is essential. If you believe your experience as a TA, HLTA or LSA has equipped you with amazing teaching skills and fundamentals, Long-Term Teachers would love to hear from you!
