We're working on behalf of a wonderful independent specialist school that are on the lookout for a Deputy Headteacher to join the team for ideally as soon as possible! We have had a number of staff support in the school over the years who will mostly all want to stay there long-term. The work they do at the school is varied and challenging. As a trauma and attachment informed school, all staff are provided with extensive therapeutic training and support.
The role is 50% FTE Teaching (ideally Maths) and 50% Leadership responsibilities. In terms of requirements; QTS is essential, the ability to teach subject specialism to GCSE level, experience teaching SEMH students. The school are open to a range of applications.
