I am working with a Primary School in the SN2 area of Swindon who are seeking to appoint two Early Years Teaching Assistants to join the team in January on a contract directly employed by the school. The school are looking for enthusiastic, confident and vibrant individuals who hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in EYFS.
The school asks applicants who wish to work with EYFS pupils to be enthusiastic, caring, patient and bring a vibrant approach to the classroom. It’s essential that the candidate is extremely knowledgeable when working with EYFS pupils, as well as encouraging the children to have respect for both themselves and others; resilience to life's challenges; high self-esteem; and to live and work cooperatively with others.
