We are working closely with a fantastic special school based in the Forest of Dean area that is looking for a couple of enthusiastic teachers to join the team from September. The school works with a wide range of special needs & disabilities (SLD, MLD, PMLD, ASD, SEMH & Complex Needs) and has a couple of teaching vacancies across primary & secondary age groups. Ideally, the successful candidate would hold a QTS, have worked with SEN children before (they are open to mainstream teachers applying) and be available from September.
The role of class teacher would involve planning your own lessons and acting as line manager to your class team. It's essential to maintain high levels of safeguarding practice for all children in school, monitoring individual pupils and recording any incidents relating to safeguarding in line with legislation, school policies and procedures.
In addition to the above, we also offer:
- Guaranteed Pay Plans
- Agency Worker Regulations
- Interview preparation advice and support
- Support and counselling through a confidential helpline
- 24/7 access to a UK GP, including consultations and prescription delivery
- Discounts and offers worth hundreds of pounds
