Long-Term Teachers are working closely with a wonderful Academy Trust with a number of Primary Schools in the North Somerset area. This Trust is looking for Cover Teachers to work across all Primary Schools, to be consistent but flexible.
As a member of their staff you will be instrumental in promoting and providing outstanding standards of education and creating a stimulating and purposeful environment where pupils can explore the world around them.
The Role
Starting ASAP, we are looking for Cover Supervisors or Qualified Teachers to work across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 covering in times of staff absence, or during times when we may need additional staff on site. We are seeking a passionate and driven individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to work on a flexible basis.
You will be expected to:
- Have high expectations of children and of yourself
- Have a passion for teaching
- Have up-to-date knowledge of pedagogy and the curriculum
- Hold strong behaviour management strategies.
