We are working with an incredible School in West Cornwall, who are seeking to appoint an exceptional Post-14 SEN Teacher to join their Upper School team. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with a passion for inclusive education and the skills to inspire and support learners with diverse needs. To have responsibility for a class group and the ability to be able to plan and deliver the appropriate and relevant post-14 curriculum, to lead teams and deploy teaching assistants to support pupil learning, therapy and care needs. The right candidate should be adept at fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment tailored to students' diverse needs.
The appropriate qualifications are required; however, relevant experience within a similar role is also desired. The right candidate will possess a desire to assist in the learning and educational development of children. An understanding and commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children is vital.
