Here at Long-Term Teachers we are looking for psychology students and graduates who are looking to expand their experience and develop a career path by supporting young pupils with SEN and SEMH needs. At Long-Term Teachers we work extremely closely with schools that require specific SEN/SEMH requirements. Additional needs such as ADHD, ASD, ADD, GDD, PSD and physical needs all require someone empathetic, kind, nurturing and supportive.

Role requirements:

  • This role requires someone who is comfortable doing 1:1 sessions with young pupils, and is happy to work part/full-time hours.

  • Great communication with the Class Teacher.

  • Be adaptable and engaging to support different pupils.
  • Build strong relationships with the pupil and their family.
