We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic and caring EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a warm, supportive school in the Gloucester area — someone who’s ready to make a genuine difference in a child’s early development.
The Role
This position is perfect for an experienced EYFS practitioner or Teaching Assistant with a background in supporting children with SEND. You’ll be working closely with the class teacher to create an engaging, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting learning activities, encouraging social and emotional development, and helping to create a safe and stimulating classroom space that inspires curiosity and confidence.
