What we are looking for: We are looking for a confident character who believes that they are capable of delivering excellent pre-planned lessons to a variety of age groups. You might be an experienced TA or HLTA that feels ready for a step up and is comfortable with behaviour management and engaging children. You may be an aspiring teacher who works with children currently and wants a chance to develop and learn; there is no better way than a cover supervisor to gain this invaluable experience. If you are a resilient and confident individual then this is the role for you. It is essential that you have some previous experience working with children, whether that be tutoring, coaching or TAing in schools.

They hold all students and staff accountable, which teaches the students essential life lessons. They believe in quality, delivering engaging and dynamic lessons, thoughtful student care and having a hard-working attitude. The role will entail supervising pupils and carrying out pre-prepared exercises when teaching staff are on short-term absence. You need to have good communication skills, be highly flexible and enjoy working with children.
