My leading mainstream client based on the outskirts of the City of Oxford is actively seeking a new drama teacher to join their team from September 2025. My client is seeking an ambitious and experienced drama teacher to deliver compelling and engaging drama lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5. Full planning and marking responsibilities are included in this role and there is the scope for the successful drama teacher to take on additional responsibilities.
This school boasts some of the best Drama GCSE results in the county, with the subject being a popular choice amongst students at GCSE and A-level. As such, there are many opportunities for the successful drama teacher to participate in exciting extra-curricular activities. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drama teachers and aspiring heads of drama to shape and contribute to a thriving drama department.
This position offers a salary on the main and upper teacher pay scales, dependent on the successful candidate's pay scale point (£31,650 - £49,048), with a TLR available for additional responsibilities.
