We're working on behalf of a lovely special school based in North Bristol/South Gloucestershire that are looking for a Complex Needs Learning Support Worker to join the team from the summer term. The school look after students aged 4-16 with a wide range of special needs & disabilities. This school is fairly new, boasting top of the range facilities and currently going through an exciting period of growth. This would be a brilliant time to join the team!
The role is flexible, accommodating both full-time and part-time work. As long as you are reliable, adaptable and totally committed to the students, then the school would welcome you with open arms! The position revolves heavily around supporting the class teacher with whatever they need. You must be proactive every day, always looking for ways to support the students. Due to the complex needs of the students, it is imperative you have experience working with special needs & disabilities - preferably within a school environment.
