We work closely with a brilliant special school in Cheltenham that are on the lookout for a KS2 SEN Teacher to join them ASAP! The school look after a wide range of special needs & disabilities for ages 4-16.
The role
The school are looking for someone who is able to lead a class of 8 students while being ably supported by 3 permanent TAβs. The class looks after students with fairly complex needs so experience in this area is preferred.
You will be expected to plan your own lessons but there is minimal marking involved due to the needs of the students. The school boast a high retention rate so will be looking for someone who is truly committed to the this type of work.
