The Role
Starting from September, you will be working as a Part-Time Year 5 Class Teacher in partnership with another Teacher to provide high quality planning and delivery of engaging lessons. The Head Teacher is looking for a candidate with experience working in a KS2 classroom, someone who has a clear understanding of the curriculum so that lessons can be adapted to meet the needs of all individual students.
You will be expected to:
- Hold great knowledge of the KS2 Curriculum
- Have prior experience or strong understanding of the SATs
- Ability to differentiate lessons well to ensure everyone can access the learning
- Create an engaging learning environment
- Communicate well with other Class Teachers and Teaching Assistants
- Plan and deliver high quality lessons to inspire and motivate
