We are currently working with a 3 form entry Primary School in the BS13 area of Bristol who are seeking a KS2 Teacher to join their supportive team from September on a Fixed Term Contract. You have the opportunity to join a well-resourced school that has a fantastic community supporting one another to provide an extremely nurturing and inclusive learning environment for children.

The Role:

  • You will be joining the KS2 teaching team on a Part-Time basis from September (Wednesday to Friday).
  • As the Class Teacher, you will work in a mixed year 3 and 4 class.
  • You will work closely with another 3 Class Teachers who can support you with planning, ideas and creativity.
  • The Head Teacher is looking for a confident professional with great knowledge of the KS2 curriculum, someone who is bubbly and passionate about children's learning.

You will be expected to:

  • Be creative and bring your initiative to the classroom.
  • Assess children's knowledge and development.
  • Plan engaging and exciting activities to attract children to their learning.
  • Work collaboratively with other Class Teachers to bring the best learning experiences.
  • Be part of the wider school community, helping with the new transition of the school.
