Role and responsibilities:

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join an ever-improving Primary School who are putting together an amazing hiring plan ready for September. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in collaborating with teachers to cultivate inclusive learning environments that empower students with additional learning needs. Whether working one-on-one or in small groups, you will provide essential support to children in their educational, behavioural, and social development. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the class teacher to design lessons and foster a learning environment where students can expand their knowledge and actively contribute to school life.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in English, Maths and Science are required.
  • Candidates who have gained a Level 3 Teaching Assistant or similar relevant qualification will be preferred although the school can offer a fantastic opportunity to gain your Level 3 whilst working, at no cost to yourself.
