The Role: I am currently working with a local secondary school, who are looking for a Humanities Teacher to start immediately. Although the school is enthusiastic to be introduced as soon as possible, they are flexible to working around candidates' pre-arranged commitments too. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in a picturesque part of the country and have access to local historic and cultural opportunities. As Bath has reliable transport links, those from surrounding areas are also encouraged to apply.

The role requires teaching of both Geography and History across both secondary key stages, so strong curriculum knowledge is crucial. Although a QTS is ideal, strong Cover Supervisors and subject specialists are also encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will be responsible for educating the next generation about the importance of our planet, based on the past in order to prepare for the future.
