The Role
As a Level 3 EYFS Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care, education and support to young children. You will work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Planning and delivering fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities.
- Observing, assessing and recording children's progress.
- Supporting children's emotional wellbeing, confidence and independence.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Maintaining a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Working effectively as part of a professional nursery team.
- Following safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Have a genuine passion for working with children.
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Be caring, patient, enthusiastic and reliable.
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Be committed to providing high-quality care and education.
- Have previous experience within an early years or nursery setting.
