Long Term Teachers are seeking a Baby Room Leader to join a Nursery in the BS32 area of South Gloucestershire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a Level 3 EY/CACHE qualification to take on a leadership position. The Role

You will be expected to start as soon as possible on a 40 hour week contract. This is a lovely nursery to be a part of, you will be joining a room of up to 9 children, with 2 to 3 additional adults. This opportunity is for someone with experience working within a Nursery setting and ideally someone who has experience managing or leading other members of staff. You will be expected to:

  • Lead and supervise the baby room team to ensure high-quality care and development for children.
  • Plan and implement exciting activities to enhance the baby's physical, social and emotional development.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Develop positive relationships with babies, parents, and colleagues.
  • Monitor and assess each baby's progress and development.
