The Role
We are currently recruiting two outstanding teachers to join a specialist secondary department working with pupils who have Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD). These permanent positions offer the chance to make a genuine difference in a setting that values creativity, commitment, and high expectations for all learners.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, with the ability to adapt learning for pupils working at the earliest developmental stages
- A genuine passion for Special Educational Needs (SEN) teaching
- The ability to build positive, effective relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
- Creativity, resilience, and commitment to improving outcomes for every child
